Online talk on child characters in British literature
You’re cordially invited to an online talk that I will give with my colleague Katharina on our shared Ph.D. research.
My colleague Katharina Pietsch and I will give a digital talk titled “Children Are Not Human Beings. Narrative Patterns of Becoming and Non-Becoming in the Contemporary British Childhood Novel” this Thursday, 10 December, 7pm. In the talk, Katharina and I will give a glimpse into our PhD work on representations of children and childhood in British literature.
You’re very much welcome to join on Zoom via this link: https://uni-bielefeld.zoom.us/j/99667737538?pwd=U3NUSVhVTHRzWEt1ZlFPbUhkVVRkdz09.
The talk is part of the “Vortragsreihe Ästhetisierungen von Kindheit und Jugend nach 1968”, hosted by Melanie Babenhauserheide and Benedikt Wolf at the Zentrum für Kindheits- und Jugendforschung at Bielefeld University.
